Request a contest site
Submit your event details. We provision an isolated site at speaking.faraosolutions.org/your-slug with its own users, data, and branding.

Run the setup wizard
Ten guided steps: event profile, rule set selection, contest types, divisions, rounds, chapters, registration window, judge approvals, room assignments, lock and publish.

Open chapter registration
Advisors log into your event site to register contestants and upload required documents before your deadline.

Approve judges & assign rooms
Review judge sign-ups, approve, check conflicts, and assign judges to rooms with one click.

Run the contest day
Room managers check contestants in, run timers, and monitor judge submissions. Judges score on rubrics with autosave; scores lock on submit.

Tabulate and publish
The tabulation chair reviews completion, applies penalties and tie-breakers (calculated server-side), and publishes results.
- 07
Export and archive
Generate event packets, export CSVs for state office records, and archive the event when the season ends.
